This page sets out the seller information and transaction terms for Tiki's paid content (tarot, tests, AI reports and chat tickets), including the disclosure required by Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. Contact us at contact@tiki.boo.

5. Prices
Prices differ by content. The purchase screen for each reading (shown when you unlock the full reading) and checkout screen show the amount in local currency including applicable taxes. The amount shown is the total you pay.
6. Charges other than the price
Internet access and data charges are borne by the purchaser. We charge nothing else.
7. Payment method and timing
Payment is made at the time of purchase by credit card or another method shown on the checkout screen, through our payment service provider, Dodo Payments. Where the provider acts as the seller of record (reseller), the checkout screen says so and shows the name that appears on your statement.
8. Delivery
Content is provided on the site immediately after payment is confirmed. If generation takes time, progress is shown on screen. Delivered content can be viewed on the purchase screen and, after signing in, in your Library.
9. Returns and cancellation
Because of the nature of digital content, returns and refunds after delivery has begun are generally not accepted. Nondelivery, failed generation and duplicate charges are handled under the Refund Policy, linked at the bottom of this page.
10. System requirements
Use a current browser (Safari, Chrome, Edge or similar) with JavaScript enabled. Pages may not display correctly outside the recommended environment.
